Why use a tag with your collar?

By using a tag, in addition to microchipping and having contact information on the collar, you can increase the chances of a successful reunion with your beloved pet if they become lost.

Our solution is to integrate the tag with the collar, as opposed to a dangling tag. With this solution the tag is less likely to get lost.

How does it work?

The tag sends out an anonymous bluetooth signal that can be detected by nearby devices. These devices send the location of your tag to a cloud service from where you can then go see it on a map.

Both Samsung and Apple provide such a tagging solution, Apple with the AirTag and Samsung with their equivalent SmartTag. These services are already built directly into the phones.

Our tag collars are designed to securely hold a tag and are available for both dogs and cats.

The difference between tag collars for dogs and cats

Cat collars are only 1cm wide to accommodate a safety breakaway buckle, whereas dog collars are wider.

Another option for cat collars is to exchange the breakaway buckle for a traditional pin buckle. This would make the collar more versatile and also suitable for miniature breed dogs.
